Each property is matched to its DLD parcel ID, anchoring subsequent data to a legally registered unit.
Comparable Transaction Pull
We retrieve DLD transactions in the same district and size band over the past 24 months for accuracy.
Rent Verification
We query Ejari for registered tenancy contracts. Portal asking rents are used only as secondary fallback.
Pillar Scoring & Weighting
Each pillar is scored independently. The weighted average produces the final, defensible MI Score.
Label and Publish
Scores are labelled with their data completeness rating—Full, Partial, or Estimated—for total transparency.
